How does the membership program work?

The operation of our membership system is extremely simple: after every 10€ you buy, you earn 1 point, (1€) on your Wakeshop Loyalty Card and Webshop. You can use your earned points for any of our products at your next purchase!

• In all cases, your points will be calculated using the gross value added tax (VAT) shown!
• The points will be credited to your card for both personal purchases and online orders.
• You can use any number of points (already collected) from your card.

How do you claim?

• Applying for a membership card is absolutely free!
• You can apply for a membership number during the online shopping process.
• Of course, you can also apply for the card in our shop in person.

Important: You can only use our Wakeshop membership card as a private person (our membership program is not available for companies).

The Bottom Line: Buying with membership Points!

You can check the amount of Your points on our website, under the "My points" menu.

Points are redeemed at 5 units. (For example: If a product is €32.22, you can use 6x5 points)

There are several ways to use your previously earned points:

• Personally in our shop, during opening hours
• In our webshop, in the order process.

Important information

• The membership card is issued digitally, automatically at the first purchase. This requires an email address.
• You can suspend your membership card at any time, and you can ban it as required (personal or telephone confirmation is required).
• Membership cards can only be used for cash or credit card payments.
• We do not serve wholesale quantities!

Abuse

• In case of abuse of points, our company reserves the right to suspend the card, to cancel the card and to blacklist the owner.
• In addition, our company reserves the right to place the owner on a blacklist after multiple warnings, and not to serve it again!

Data protection

• To use our membership system, you need to enter an email address and a name!
• By signing up for our membership card program, you agree to offer unique offers to you.
• Our company handles your data with the utmost care, confidentiality, and uses it solely for the purpose of giving you, such as: shopping trends, unique promotions, and other marketing activities.
• Our company reserves the right to subcontract the management of your data, subject to extremely strict data management and encryption conditions. We will not disclose any of your data to any other third party.

• Our company assumes no responsibility for any misuse of your previously issued physical card, such as loss, theft or damage to the card.
